We could not have asked for a better agent than Gigi. She was thorough, accessible, honest, and communicative in every step of our search. She answered emails and texts promptly and made herself available with what felt like concierge service. As first-time buyers, we were incredibly anxious throughout the process. I cannot rave enough about Lee. He made the already stressful process as painless as possible. How? By managing my expectations on everything and delivering clearly bulleted emails with the exact next steps for each of us. If I had an urgent question, I got a response within hours if not minutes. If I needed his advice, he laid out all the options available to me, the pros and cons of each, and his knowledge of the market. He empowered me to make the best choice for me by providing me with all the information I needed to do so.
